仙佛從來少怨尤，只因煩惱惹閑愁，恃強自棄千年業，用暴須拚萬劫修。幾度看來悲往事，從前思省為誰讎，可憐羽化封神日，俱作南柯夢裏遊。

A poem says:
Immortals and buddhas have never had much cause for grudges;it is only worldly cares that stir up idle sorrows.Relying on strength, they throw away the work of a thousand years;using violence, they must stake ten thousand kalpas of cultivation.Looking back again and again, one grieves at what is past;thinking it over, for whose sake was all that enmity?Pity them: on the day they shed their mortal forms and are made gods,all of it will have been a journey in a dream of the Southern Branch.
話說燃燈道人次日與十二弟子排班下篷，將金鐘、玉磬頻敲，一齊出陣。只見成湯營裏一聲砲響，聞太師乘騎早至轅門，看子牙破「風吼陣」。董天君作歌而來；騎八叉鹿，提兩口太阿劍。歌曰：
话说燃灯道人次日与十二弟子排班下篷，将金钟、玉磬频敲，一齐出阵。只见成汤营里一声砲响，闻太师乘骑早至辕门，看子牙破「风吼阵」。董天君作歌而来；骑八叉鹿，提两口太阿剑。歌曰：
Now, the next day the Daoist Randeng and the twelve disciples formed their ranks and came down from the pavilion; striking the golden bell and the jade chime again and again, they went out together to face the formations. A cannon boomed in the Shang camp, and Grand Preceptor Wen was already at the camp gate on his mount, to watch Ziya break the Roaring Wind Formation. Heavenly Lord Dong came out singing, riding a deer with eight-tined antlers and holding two Tai’e swords. He sang:
「得到清平有甚憂，丹爐乾馬配坤牛；從來看破紛紛亂，一點雲臺只自由。」
「得到清平有甚忧，丹炉干马配坤牛；从来看破纷纷乱，一点云台只自由。」
“Having found pure peace, what is there to worry about?In the elixir furnace the horse of Qian is matched with the ox of Kun;long ago I saw through all the tangled turmoil;on my one point of cloud terrace I am simply free.”
