Questions
Can I cancel?
A quarterly or yearly plan paid by card renews until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time: it runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed, and the current period is not refunded. A plan paid once, with USDT or WeChat Pay, does not renew; it simply ends.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally not refunded, since the chapters open as soon as you pay. We refund in full a duplicate charge, content you cannot use because of a fault on our side, or a request made within 48 hours of paying when no paid chapter has been opened. USDT payments are not refunded, since a blockchain transfer cannot be reversed. The details are in our Refund Policy.
How can I pay?
Once payments open, there are three ways. By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Creem, our merchant of record, which handles sales tax and VAT and sends your receipt; your card details go to Creem, not to us. With USDT on the TRC20 network, each plan paid in one go. And with WeChat Pay, at the yuan prices on the Simplified Chinese version of this page, each plan paid in one go.
Which currency?
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on your country, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
Member or not, about the first fifth of every book stays free to read, with no account needed.
